What to Expect
To ensure that your appointment at the design studio is productive and efficient, we kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes early. This will allow us to maximize the time dedicated to your selections. We understand that unexpected events can occur - if you are running late or unable to make it to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. In such cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Please plan for your appointment to take up to 3 hours. In this time, you will be selecting a variety of options. Because of this, it is important for you to come prepared with ideas and inspiration.
Please be aware that specific policies may limit the addition or removal of items after certain construction phases. While we make every effort to accommodate our homeowners' preferences, these cut-off stage restrictions may impose limitations. Time plays a crucial role in the selection and finalization of your choices. The availability of certain materials is subject to change. We strive to keep a wide range of options available, but please keep in mind that certain materials may become unavailable or require substitution. Our team will do their best to inform you about any changes and provide suitable alternatives.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the showroom hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We are an appointment only showroom.
How long will the appointment last?
An average Design Studio appointment will last about three hours.
Can I bring additional guests?
We kindly request that guests be limited to who is listed on contract. Real estate agents are not required to be present, but are more than welcome to attend. For all other guests please inquire with our design team when booking your Design Studio appointment.
